The ZFE-m has been in place since September 1, 2022 in several municipalities in the Rouen Normandy Metropolis. Only vehicles eligible for Crit'Air 0, 1, 2 and 3. To convert your vehicle into a collection, all the information is here: ffve.org The Parc Expo de Rouen declines all responsibility to owners of vehicles who do not yet have a registration card bearing the collection label. From July 1, the 24-day Pass comes into force in the Rouen Metropolis. The 24-day Pass will allow motorists living outside the ZFE, and whose vehicle is outside crit'air, to enter it for 24 hours 24 times a year.
