FIERA INTERNAZIONALE DEL TARTUFO BIANCO D'ALBA 2024 - International Alba White Truffle Fair

The International Alba White Truffle Fair is one of the main showcases of haute gastronomy and Italian excellence. The heart of the Fair is the Alba White Truffle World Market, the perfect place to taste and buy truffles from the Langhe, Monferrato and Roero area. Truffles – the most precious and rare asset of our region – can be purchased directly from all the participating sellers (Trifulau or traders), under the supervision and support of the Quality Commission. The International Alba White Truffle Fair applies a strict protocol for the selection of fresh product on sale. Each year the Municipality of Alba appoints a commission of experienced judges, selected by the Centro Nazionale Studi Tartufo (National Truffle Study Centre), to draw up regulations concerning the sale of truffles. Next to the Trifulau, the best local food products and fine wines from the Langhe Monferrato and Roero will be on sale.
