MELA 2024 - The Largest Agricultural Exhibition in Northern Germany

The MeLa, trade fair for agriculture, nutrition and rural perspectives, will take place for the 33rd time in 2024. Every year, the MeLa exhibitors and participants present a very good combination of animal shows, animal presentations, technical know-how and the agricultural experience and use the trade fair as a sales and test market as well as to strengthen their image. The landscape of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania is characterized by agriculture: yellow flowering rapeseed fields, lush green meadows, dairy cows and sheep in the extensive paddocks. This diversity is also reflected at the MeLa. The exhibitors present products and services, ranging from plant and animal production to animal breeding and topics related to organic farming. Meat or baked goods, fruit and vegetables, fish, game, drinks or sweets from Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania? Our state's food industry has all this and much more to offer. The industry meets in Hall 1 to talk to consumers, provide information and present new products. Clubs and associations also introduce themselves and are available to answer questions about nutrition.
