The variety of Japanese cuisine includes fresh ingredients from the Sankai River, cooking methods that respect the unique flavors of the ingredients, and a variety of menus that are nutritionally balanced to support a healthy diet, and dishes that are decorated with seasonal flowers and leaves. , there is a seasonal aesthetic sense that uses furniture and utensils that match the season, and there is a close relationship with annual events such as New Year's, and mealtimes have been used to deepen bonds with friends, family, and the community. People are becoming more aware of the various charms of Japanese food. By gathering such traditional Japanese foods, tableware, processing equipment, and cooking utensils in one place, and providing a place where food and drink related parties from all over Japan can communicate with food sellers, we will create new Japanese food and noodles. In order to pursue these possibilities, we will hold the ``International Japanese Food Industry Exhibition'' at Tokyo Big Sight.
